The functional element of the System «File» permits to upload files in the System to make other Participants possible then to download and preview them.

In KommandCore You may preview a file, actually, of any format, directly in the system, with no need to download it.

How to upload File?

Press the button to the right from Kommand line to open the «Upload Files» screen.

Press the button «Add file». Select Files to be uploaded and press the button «Open». Press the button «Start upload».

Before uploading you may mark or delete Files you’ve selected.

How to upload several Files at once?

Press the button to the right from Kommand line to open the «Upload Files» screen. Press the button «Add File».

Holding the «CTRL» key down or by means of the pointer, select Files to be uploaded and press the button «Open». Press the button «Start upload».

Where is uploaded File situated?

You can find uploaded File on the project «Overview» screen.

How to download File?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary File. On the lower contextual control panel press the button «Download». Save File on your computer.

How to preview File?

To preview File in mini-preview regime, select the necessary File on the project «Overview» screen and press the button (little triangle) emerged in the highlighted line.

For previewing File in full-preview regime, select the necessary File on the project «Overview» screen and press the key «ENTER» or double click on this File.

How to send File by e-mail?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary File. On the contextual control panel below press the button «Send». In the emerged «Creation of Letter» screen File will be attached to Letter as application.

How to print File?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary File. On the contextual control panel below press the print button.

It’s available to print File in the mini-preview as well as in the full-preview regime.

How to mark File?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary File. On the contextual control panel below press the button «Mark».

In the emerged menu except marking any object by existing Mark you may create a new one. For that, you have to put the name of new Mark in the entry field there and then press the key «ENTER».

It’s available to mark File in the mini-preview as well as in the full-preview regime.

How to delete File?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary File. On the contextual control panel below press the button of deletion (icon of the recycle bin).

How to restore File?

On the screen of Project press the button «Trash» on the lower right part of the screen. In the emerged list select the File to be restored. Press the button «Restore» at the bottom panel of the screen.
