How to create Project?

You can create Project by different ways:

1. On the «All Projects Overview» screen press the button «Create Project» on the upper right part of the panel. Put the name of new Project in the entry field. Then press the key «ENTER» or the button «Create» under the entry field.

2. On the «Projects» inset of the «Administration» screen press the button «Create Project». Put the name of new Project in the entry field. From the list of Participants assign Project’s Manager. If supposed Manager is not Participant of Account– enter his e-mail address. If you leave blank the field «Manager», it’s the Account Holder who will be automatically assigned as Project’s Manager.

Remember, that you have to be Account Holder or Account’s Administrator in the System to create Project.

What is Project?

Project represents certain array of informational elements integrated under one aim (of a project, a company…); it has certain number of Participants coordinated by Project’s Manager. There are two types of users who can work outside Project in the System (create, rename, close, delete Projects) and invite new participants into Project: Account’s Administrators and Account Holders.

Who may create Project?

- Account Holder

- Account’s Administrator.

How to rename Project?

On the «Projects» inset of the «Administration» screen select the necessary Project. Press the button «Edit Project» and rename Project. Then press the button «Save» on the right of the entry field.

Remember, that you have to be Account Holder or Account’s Administrator in the System to rename Project.

How to assign Project’s Manager?

On the «Projects» inset of the «Administration» screen select the necessary Project and press the button «Edit Project». In the emerged field «Manager» enter the name of Project manager among the people invited into Account. Then press the button «Save» to the right from the entry field.

If supposed Manager is not Participant of Account – enter his e-mail address.

Remember, that you have to be Account Holder or Account’s Administrator in the System to assign Project’s Manager.

How to change Project’s Manager?

On the «Projects» inset of the «Administration» screen select the necessary Project and press the button «Edit Project». In the emerged field «Manager» enter the name of new Project’s Manager. Then press the button «Save» to the right from the entry field.

If supposed Manager is not Participant of Account – enter his e-mail address.

Remember, that you have to be Account Holder or Account’s Administrator in the System to change Project’s Manager.

How to invite a new person into Project?

To invite a new internal person or a person from other Projects to the current Project:

on the project «Overview» screen press the button located near the name of Project.

In the emerged entry field:

- If you invite an internal person – enter his e-mail address

- If you invite a person from other Projects within the current Account – enter his surname, name or e-mail address and select him from offered drop-down list.

Press the key «ENTER» or the button «Invite» located to the right from the entry field.

Remember, that you have to be Project’s Manager in the System to invite a new person into Project.

Who may invite a new person into Project?

- Account Holder

- Account’s Administrator

- Project’s Manager.

How may I know who takes part in Project?

There is the button «Participants» on the lower right part of the screen. Press it, and you’ll see an emerged list of all Participants of the Projects you take part in.

How to become Project's Participant?

In the message inviting you to become Project’s Participant sent by Project’s Manager you’ll find a login and a password attached. Also there will be a link you should click to pass to the logging-in page.

When you are on this page, in the emerged field enter the login and the password attached to the message inviting you. Since that, you become Project’s Participant. The page, automatically opened as the first in the System, will be «All Projects Overview» screen. In the «Active Projects» column on the right you can find the list of all Projects you are invited in and allowed to access.

Who has access to Projects?

The Account Holder and Account’s Administrators have access to all Projects within their Accounts.

Due to their invitation Project’s Manager gets direct access to that Projects he is assigned to manage with.

Project’s Participants get access to one or another Project due to invitation and they may see only those Projects they take part in.

How to close Project?

On the «Projects» inset of the «Administration» screen select the necessary Project and press the button «Edit Project» located under Project’s name.

Tick off in the emerged box «Project is closed».

Who may close Project?

- Account Holder

- Account’s Administrator.

What happens when Project closing?

When closing, Project is converted into passive form, and is kept existing among your Projects, but moved from the column “Active Projects” to the lower column “Closed Projects”. The last one represents the limited regime of usage which lets to overview Project and to download its separate parts without editing. When enabling, Project is reconverted to regime of full-scaled usage.

How to enable the closed Project?

On the «Projects» inset of the «Administration» screen find the necessary Project, marked by the notice «Project is closed».

Press the button «Edit Project». And in the emerged box delete the tick near the notice «Project is closed».

How to delete Project?

On the «All Projects overview» screen press the button «Administration» to its right.

On the «Projects» inset of the «Administration» screen find the necessary Project and press the button «Edit Project».

In the emerged box press the button of deletion (icon of the recycle bin).

Who may delete Project?

- Account Holder

- Account’s Administrator.
