Smart folders represent one of the most important tools within the System. They permit to group informational elements depending of defined options. You can change, add and save different groups of options – expanding or converging.

How to create Smart folder?

1. On the project «Overview» screen press the button (+) on the right of Search field. On the emerged panel of Advanced Search define the necessary options in the drop-down lists. Press the button «Save Smart Folder» on the right part of the panel. In the emerged box name Smart folder being created. Also you can include this Smart folder being created to one or another group of Smart folders. Press the button «Save».

Or:

On the project «Overview» screen click any Smart folder in the column «Smart folders». Press the button (+) on the right of Search field to open the panel with options of your Smart folder. On the emerged panel change necessary options in drop-down lists for new ones required. Press the button «Save as» on the right part of the panel. In the opened box name the Smart folder being created. Also you can include this Smart folder being created to one or another group of Smart folders.

Created Smart folder emerges in the «Smart folders» column situated on the right part of the project «Overview» screen.

How to change Smart folder options?

On the project «Overview» screen click the necessary Smart folder in the column «Smart folders». Press the button (+) on the right of Search field to open the panel with options of your Smart folder. On the emerged panel change necessary options in drop-down lists for new ones required. Press the button «Save» on the right part of the panel.

How to add one more option to existing Smart folder?

On the project «Overview» screen click the necessary Smart folder in the column «Smart folders». Press the button (+) on the right of Search field to open the panel with options of your Smart folder. On the emerged panel add a new option in drop-down lists for new ones required. Press the button «Save» on the right part of the panel.

How to delete one of Smart folder options?

On the project «Overview» screen click the necessary Smart folder in the column «Smart folders». Press the button (+) to the right of Search field to open the panel with options of your Smart folder. On the emerged panel delete the necessary option in drop-down lists. Press the button «Save» on the right part of the panel.

How to rename Smart folder?

On the project «Overview» screen double click the Smart folder you want to rename. Change the name of Smart folder.

How to group different Smart folders?

On the project «Overview» screen in the «Smart folders» column press the button to create a folder grouping several Smart folders. In the first line enter the name of the folder being created. It’s also available to relate Smart folder to one or another group during its creation. For that, on the screen of Smart folder saving select the necessary group in the drop-down list situated upper from the naming entry field.

How to delete Smart folder or group of Smart folders?

On the project «Overview» screen in the column «Smart folders» highlight the necessary Smart folder or group of Smart folders. Press the button of deletion (icon of the recycle bin) in the highlighted line.

Take care when Smart folders deleting – they can not be restored!
