Main Screens of the System

Project as an Account unit

Project is the principal unit of Account. All the work in Service is related to Projects and held within Projects. The general destination of all screens of the Service is convenient work with array of informational objects under one aim (of a project, a company…).

«All Projects Overview» screen

«All Projects Overview» screen is the starting page of your Account and represents urgent information over all the Projects you take part in.

From the panel on the right you can jump to any Project you share.
The panel on the right reflects active and closed Projects.

From this screen you can jump to the «Administration» screen.

«Administration» screen

This screen is designed for Account management.

It has three insets:

- Projects. You may create new Project, rename, close or delete any existing Project and reassign Project’s Manager

- Settings. You may enter/change information about your company and assign or delete Account’s Administrator

- Payments. Here you can get information about your payments, change your plan and close your Account.

«Overview» screen

It is the basic Project screen providing all required informational elements and tools to manage these elements and communication.

«Planning» screen

This project screen is intended for time-planning of all scope of work and Events being supplied with all tools required. Project's «Planning» screen has two states of data presentation: graphic and tabular.
