Share and open access to information

That's a management tool making available to share information instantly between all Participants. In such way one can publish Files, Notes and Contacts. The published objects are marked with the publication indicator on the project «Overview» screen.

What objects can be published?

You can publish Files, Notes and Contacts.

How to publish File, Note, Contact?

On the project «Overview» screen highlight the object necessary. In the contextual control panel on the lower part of the screen press the button «Publish».

What can I do with the published object?

The published object can be attached to Letter, sent to the project «Overview» screen, downloaded and printed.

Take care! You may unpublish only those objects which were published by you. For that, you just need to press again the button «Publish», and the indicator on the button will be turned off.

What happens when deleting the published object?

In case you delete the object published by you:
It disappears from the project «Overview» screen as well as from the other Participants’ related screens. You can prevent Project Participant in advance that they may save this object by adding it to their project «Overview» screen or downloading it to avoid its disappearing once it’s unpublished.

In case the published object, you have access to, is deleted by its author:
It disappears from your project «Overview» screen as well as from the other related screens. You may save it in advance by adding it to your project «Overview» screen or downloading it to avoid its disappearing once it’s unpublished.
