Chart, Subprojects and Events

The «Planning» screen of the System is designed for planning and monitoring of Project progress. All information about upcoming works, including the list of all stages and subprojects, terms of start and finish, options of subprojects fulfillment, information over events and meetings are displayed visually to all Project Participants.
The «Planning» screen has two states of data presentation: graphic and tabular.
Subproject – is the enlarged fragmentation of the Project general objective, destined for planning due dates during the Project execution.
Event – is an informational element of the System designed for planning some measures, arrangements, milestones and events within Project.
- How to find Planning?

On the project «Overview» screen press the button «Planning» situated to the right from Kommand line.
- Where and what is situated on Planning?

The project «Planning» screen includes four basic parts (top-down):
- Kommand line
- Planning control panel
- Diagram
- Scrollbar.
- How does Scrollbar function in Planning?
-
By means of your mouse double click on the grey part of the Scrollbar and holding key move the body of Scrollbar to the necessary direction.
- How to move to a certain date?

On the lower part of the screen press the button of Calendar (the middle icon) on the lower right part of the Scrollbar. In the emerged Calendar click the necessary date.
- How to zoom Planning?

On the lower part of the screen press zoom buttons (icons «+» and «-») to the right from Scrollbar to zoom in or out.
Thus, you can select one of three zoom-regimes:
- daily
- weekly
- monthly.
- How to jump to tabular regime of data presentation?

On the «Planning» screen press the button on the lower left part of Kommand line.
- How to jump to graphical regime of data presentation?

On the «Planning» screen press the button on the lower left part of Kommand line.
- How to create Subproject?

In Kommand line enter the text of your Subproject. After the text is input, press the key «ENTER» or click on the button «Create» to the right from Kommand line.
In the opened menu for object creation select the item «Subproject». And the «Creation of Subproject» screen will be opened.
- How to edit Subproject?

On the «Planning» screen double click the necessary Subproject to open the «Edit Subproject» screen.
- How to delete Subproject?

On the «Planning» screen double click the necessary Subproject to open the «Edit Subproject» screen. On the lower part of the screen press the button of deletion (icon of the recycle bin).
- How to create Event?

In Kommand line enter the text of your Event. After the text is input, press the key «ENTER» or click on the button «Create» on the right part of Kommand line. In the opened menu for object creation select the item «Event».
On the emerged screen «Creation of Event» add the date and time - when Event takes place – to the description of Event. Press the key «ENTER» or press the button «Create».
In the very screen you may also mark Event by pressing the button «Mark», and indicate its Sources by pressing the button «Source».
- How to postpone Event?

On the project «Overview» screen highlight Event and double click it. On the opened «Event Preview» screen press the button «Edit» situated on the lower panel. Change the date and time of Event.
- How to mark Event?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary Event. On the contextual control panel below press the button «Mark».
In the emerged menu except marking any object by existing Mark you may create a new one. For that, you have to put the name of new Mark in the entry field there and then press the key «ENTER».
- How to send Event by e-mail?

On the project «Overview» screen select necessary Event. On the contextual control panel below press the button «Send». In the emerged screen «Creation of Letter» Event will be attached to Letter.
- How to print Event?

On the project «Overview» screen select necessary Event. On the contextual control panel below press the print button.
It’s available to print Event in the mini-preview as well as in the full-preview regime.
- How to delete Event?

On the roject «Overview» screen select the necessary Event. On the contextual control panel below press the button of deletion (icon of the recycle bin).
- How to restore Event?

On the screen of the Project press the button «Trash» on the lower right part of the screen. In the emerged list select the Event to be restored. Press the button «Restore» at the bottom panel of the screen.
