For quick fixation of your personal notes, thoughts and ideas there is a special informational element within the System – Note.
- How to create Note?

In Kommand line enter the text of your Note. After that press twice the key «ENTER». In the opened screen «Creation of Note» enter the necessary text of your Note and press the button «Save».
Or:
After the text is input press the key «ENTER» or click on the button «Create» on the right part of Kommand line. In the opened menu for object creation select the item «Note». And the «Creation of Note» screen will be opened.
- How to send Note by e-mail?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary Note. On the contextual control panel below press the button «Send». In the emerged screen «Creation of Letter» Note will be attached to the Letter.
- How to edit Note?

On the project «Overview» screen double click on the necessary Note. On the «Note preview» screen press the button «Edit» at the bottom of the screen.
- How to mark Note?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary Note. On the contextual control panel below press the button «Mark».
In the emerged menu except marking any object by existing Mark you may create a new one. For that, you have to put a name of new Mark in the entry field there and then press the key «ENTER».
It’s available to mark Note in the mini-preview as well as in the full-preview regime.
- How to print Note?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary Note. On the contextual control panel below press the print button.

- How to delete Note?

On the project «Overview» screen select the necessary Note. On the contextual control panel below press the button of deletion (icon of the recycle bin).
It’s available to delete Notes in the mini-preview as well as in the full-preview regime.
- How to restore Note?

On the screen of Project press on the button «Trash» to the lower right part of the screen. In the emerged list select the Note to be restored. Press the button «Restore» at the bottom panel of the screen.
