Marks

The functional element of the System «Mark» permits to create a set of Marks which are intended for grouping informational elements and make it available for rapid access to the groups of marked objects. Actually, it’s possible to mark any object and do it anywhere within the System. For example, marking is available in common preview state if highlighted or in full-preview regime, as well as when object creating or editing.

How to create Mark?

There are two ways to do that:

1. On the right part of the project «Overview» screen in the column named «Marks» press the button «+» on the right. In the emerged entry field name Mark being created. Then press the key «ENTER» to create Mark finally.

2. When highlighting or creating any object within the System, you can use the button «Mark» situated on the lower contextual control panel. Except marking any object by existing Mark this button permits to create a new one. To mark any object by existing Mark press the button «Mark» on the lower contextual control panel. In the emerged menu select the item «Add Mark». In the entry field put in the name of new Mark. Press the key «ENTER» to create finally and assign Mark to the object.

How to rename Mark?

Double click the necessary Mark. In the opened box you can rename Mark.

What can be marked?

Any object within the System can be marked:

- Note

- Letter

- Task

- Contact

- Event

- File.

How to mark several objects at once?

On the project «Overview» screen highlight all necessary objects holding the «CTRL» key down. On the lower contextual control panel press the button «Mark».

In the emerged menu except marking any object by existing Mark you may create a new one. To create and assign new Mark press the button «Add Mark». In the entry field enter a name of new Mark and press the key «ENTER».

How to change the colour of Mark?

Highlight the necessary Mark. Press the button (little triangle) of Mark’s colour changing which emerges on the right part of the highlighted line.

How to unmark an object?

On the project «Overview» screen highlight the necessary object. On the lower contextual control panel press the button «Mark». In the emerged menu remove the tick near the Mark you want to take away from the object.

How to delete Mark?

Highlight the necessary Mark. Press the button of deletion (icon of the recycle bin) on the right part of the highlighted line.

Take care when Mark deleting – it can not be restored!
