All informational objects of the System – Letters, Tasks, Notes, Contacts, Events and Subprojects – are created be means of the single tool – Kommand line.

Where is Kommand line situated?

Kommand line is situated at the top of the screen and represents wide entry field for keyboard input with the button «Create» on its right.

How to create an object in Kommand line?

In Kommand line enter information about necessary object. After that, press the key «ENTER» and click on the button «Create» on the right part of Kommand line.

In the opened menu for object creation select the necessary menu item. The screen for creation of the necessary object will be opened.

How to create Note in Kommand line?

In Kommand line enter the text of your Note. After the text is input, to save time, you can double click the key «ENTER», and Note will be created.

After the text is input press the key «ENTER» or click the button «Create» on the right part of Kommand line. In the opened menu for object creation select the item «Note». And the «Creation of Note» screen will be opened.

How to create Letter in Kommand line?

In Kommand line enter the text of your Letter. After the text is input, press the key «ENTER» or click the button «Create» on the right part of Kommand line.

In the opened menu for object creation select the item «Letter». And the «Creation of Letter» screen will be opened.

How to create Task in Kommand line?

In Kommand line enter the text of your Task. After the text is input, press the key «ENTER» or click the button «Create» on the right part of Kommand line.

In the opened menu for object creation select the item «Task». And the «Creation of Task» screen will be opened.

How to create Contact in Kommand line?

In Kommand line enter information about Contact of the necessary Participant or person. After the text is input, press the key «ENTER» or click the button «Create» on the right part of Kommand line.

In the opened menu for object creation select the item «Contact». And the «Creation of Contact» screen will be opened.

How to create Event in Kommand line?

In Kommand line enter the text of your Event. After the text is input, press the key «ENTER» or click the button «Create» on the right part of Kommand line.

In the opened menu for object creation select the item «Event». And the «Creation of Event» screen will be opened.

Remember, that you have to be Project’s Manager in the System to create a new Event into Project.

How to create Subproject in Kommand line?

In Kommand line enter the text of your Subproject. After the text is input, press the key «ENTER» or click the button «Create» on the right part of Kommand line.

In the opened menu for object creation select the item «Subproject». And the «Creation of Subproject» screen will be opened.

Remember, that you have to be Project’s Manager in the System to create a new Subproject into Project.
