Instant messaging

The functional element of the System «Chat» is designed for instant messaging and permits to communicate within the System with several Participants at the same time.

The content of your talks is kept in the History of Chat.

How to start Chat?

Press the button «Participants» situated on the lower right part of the screen. In the emerged screen bring your mouse on the necessary Participant and double click it.

Or, press the button in the highlighted line. In the emerged menu select the item «Invite to Chat».

In the emerged Chatbox you can begin your instant messaging.

Whom it is possible to chat with?

You can chat with all Participants from your list of Participants situated in the lower right part of the screen.

How to send messages in Chat?

Invite the necessary Participant to Chat and in the entry field of the emerged Chatbox put in the text of your message. Press the key «ENTER».

Where is the History of Chat kept?

Press the button «Participants» situated on the lower right part of the screen. In the drop-down list press the button situated to the right from Search field to open the «History of Chats» screen. Find the necessary talk in the list and double click it to jump the full-preview regime.

How to download History of Chat?

Press the button «Participants» situated on the lower right part of the screen. In the drop-down list press the button situated to the right from the Search field to open the «History of Chats» screen.

Highlight the necessary History of Chat. If they are several – use the key «CTRL» to highlight all of them.Press the button «Download as TXT» situated on the lower part of the screen. Save the object downloaded.

It’s available to download History of Chats from the list of Talks within the «History of Chats» screen, as well as in the full-preview regime.
